Alexandria is a compact, handheld survival device — part computer, part offline library, part navigator. With a 3.5" touchscreen and a small keyboard with a scroll wheel, Alexandria is fully self-contained: no smartphone, no laptop, no internet connection required.
Whenever you need it, connect a powerbank and within seconds you have access to the full Wikipedia, detailed offline maps of all Europe and comprehensive survival guides — whether you're in a mountain village without mobile signal, deep in a forest, or during a power outage.
Other devices (phones, tablets, laptops) can connect to the built-in WiFi hotspot and use Alexandria too — no internet needed.

Alexandria has no built-in battery. It runs off USB-C — most standard powerbanks will work. With a 20,000 mAh powerbank, Alexandria typically runs for 8–12 hours.
Do I need a smartphone or laptop to use Alexandria?+
No. Alexandria has its own touchscreen and keyboard. You can use it completely standalone. Optionally, other devices can connect via the built-in WiFi hotspot.
How many people can use Alexandria at the same time?+
Up to 10 devices can connect simultaneously via the WiFi hotspot and use Alexandria in the browser.
Does Alexandria work worldwide?+
Yes. Since everything is stored locally, Alexandria works anywhere in the world — as long as you have a power source. No roaming, no signal needed.
How fast does Alexandria start?+
From cold boot to usable device takes about 30–60 seconds.
Does Alexandria still work if the screen breaks after rough usage?+
Alexandria comes with a screen protector already applied, guarding against everyday scratches and minor impacts. But even if the screen were to break, Alexandria keeps running — just connect via the WiFi hotspot and access everything through any browser on your phone, tablet or laptop. The screen is convenient, but not essential.
Is Alexandria waterproof?+
No. Alexandria should be protected from water, moisture and heavy impacts — best stored in a protective case or dry bag.
